Travel in to Brighton?
If you’re flying from Stockholm you’ll meet up with Memento Event at the Airport.
If you’re flying from another destination, all the details can be found on the ticket in your email.
It is your own responsibility to be at the airport in enough time to check in.

When should I be at the airport?
At least 2 hours before the departure is the general recommendation.

Transfer from the Airport to Brighton?​
Since you all arrive at different times, you’ll need to take your own transfer from the airport. Note! Some of you have transfer pre-booked, in this document regarding all flights under "comment" you can see more.
From Gatwick Airport to Brighton station:
There is a regular train service from Gatwick Airport to Brighton, approximately every 30 minutes.
Alternatively, you can get a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel. This transfer will take approximately 45 minutes.
From Brighton Station to the hotel:
Upon arrival at Brighton Station you then have to walk to the hotel, which takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the rank at the rear of Brighton station. Uber is also available but they don’t operate at the taxi rank, so you would have to wait at the front of the station.

I travel by car, can I park at the hotel?
Parking is extremely limited at the hotel and served on a first come, first served, basis. This is charged at £28.00 if staying overnight. ANPR cameras do operate so if you do get a space, please ensure your vehicle registration is entered at the reception.
Alternatively, there are around 500 spaces in Regency Square Car Park. This is about 500 yards from the hotel and is charged at £30.30 for 24 hours.
A limited amount of electric charging points are available.​​​​​

How will we be staying?
Everyone will sleep in their own single room.

Can we check-in at the hotel when we arrive?
No, check-in is at 3 PM. There will be a luggage room where we can drop off the bags during this time.

Other questions
When is the conference starting?
On september 23, at 11:30 AM. The conference is starting with lunch in the hotel restaurant.

When is the conference ending?
On September 26th, it is possible to eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant before departure.
​
What is included in the trip?
All scheduled meals including drinks are included.
If you wish to buy food or drinks in addition to this, in the minibar or at the hotel, you will have to pay for this yourself.
